Stages of Stucco Process
There are basically three stages of the stucco process:
The first stage is lathing. This is the mesh wire that will hold the next two coats.
The second stage is the brown coat. This coat is applied directly on to the mesh wire and sets the foundation for the final coat.
The third and final stage is the color coat. This color coat is available in many colors, is virtually low maintenance and eliminates the need to paint.
Each of these stages are carefully applied, leaving a lasting finish on your home that is water-resistant and will hold it's color better than regular painting alone, rain or shine.
This durability makes the product excellent for the typical hot and dry Florida weather.
